more aggregate vCPUs across all active nodes, managed
by or participating in the Licensed Work across all
deployments.
For the purposes of this grant, "Organization" includes
the licensing entity, all affiliates, subsidiaries,
parent entities, entities under common ownership or
control, and any group of legally distinct entities that
collaborate to operate a single commercial product,
service, or integrated infrastructure network. All
thresholds are calculated as an aggregate across the
entire Organization.
Furthermore, you may not use the Licensed Work to provide
a hosted or managed service whose primary value derives
from the Licensed Work itself to third parties,
regardless of the Thresholds. Using the Licensed Work as
internal infrastructure to host your own unrelated
applications is permitted, subject to the Thresholds
above.
If your Organization meets any of the Thresholds above,
your rights under this Additional Use Grant terminate,
and you must purchase a commercial license from the
Licensor.
